Crafted Skins prides itself on a high standard of craftsmanship and therefore we guarantee our product. In the event that you need to return a product we offer an exchange within 10 days of delivery. An exchange is not restricted to the same product. Unless the return is due to a manufacturing error there is a 10% restocking fee applied.
Any items modified per a customer’s request are non-returnable unless of course there is a manufacturing error.
All returns must be authorized otherwise they can be refused at your expense. Please contact craftedskins@yahoo.com for authorization and return instructions.
Intimate apparel and/or intimate items cannot be returned per the Civil Health Law.
Any authorized items returned with any soiling, damage or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Crafted Skins is not responsible for any shipping costs for the return or the replacement of an order unless it is conclusive there was a manufacturing defect or error. Free shipping promotions are not applicable to any returns or replacement parcels.
